One that they will make their home on, land that has all the hopes and dreams that a newly married couple has. Dirt that will be around for generations to come and hopefully tell their story."

Adam and Molly held their wedding in Molly's family farm in Roggen just Northeast of Denver, Colorado. When Molly and I first spoke she told me about how long farming had been a part of both her and Adam's families. Both being fifth generation farmers, I felt this film was a great opportunity to capture not only the wedding but the legacy of both families. I felt a great honor in being selected to capture interviews and stories from the past, capturing the present day wedding, and creating something for the future farmers of the family to look back upon.

Molly said she was most excited about the dirt ceremony as it would be a way to blend the heritages of the families together. She was originally excited to get married under the massive oak tree near the school house, but some storms had the location moved in front of an amazing sun flower field with the school house in the background. She also loved that her and her dad would ride together in an old 1965 pickup and her and Adam would leave in a tractor.

Molly and Adam both love farming, working on cattle together, and doing family things like hanging out or just playing cards. Molly said that she loves Adam's silly jokes and when things go wrong they can't help but laugh about it. Adam likes to randomly start singing and now Molly finds herself starting to sing randomly too.

Molly describes Adam as goober, sweet, and funny.

Adam describes Molly as kind, sassy, and hungry.
